P.A.S.S. - Positive Alternatives to Shelter Surrender
This program provides resources and services to Orange County residents who are experiencing challenges with keeping their pets, with the overall goal of keeping pets out of the shelter. OC Animal Care provides a safe, judgement free space for anyone in need and resources include emergency pet food, pet resource assistance, and referrals to outside agencies.
